SI&P processes data that users voluntarily submit through the website form, by email to info@m.siandp.com, by leaving a phone number for callback or by specifying a preferred messenger.

Submitting the website form means consenting to personal data processing for request handling, response preparation and follow-up communication.

SI&P may process name, role, company, email, phone number, preferred messenger, message content, attached materials and communication history.

Website form consent is logged in a dedicated WordPress database table, usually wp_sip_consent_log. The log stores a consent token, status, date and time, policy version, consent text, contact fields, message excerpt, source URL, IP hash and browser user-agent.

Personal data is used to respond to requests, clarify the task, organize communication, prepare proposals, provide services, maintain business correspondence, comply with legal obligations and protect SI&P rights.

SI&P does not use data received from an individual request for mass marketing mailings without a separate legal basis or consent.

Data may be stored in the website database, consent log, email services, working documents, request-tracking tools and contract or accounting documents. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to a request, prepare a proposal, deliver a project, administer the website or comply with legal requirements.

A user may withdraw consent through the withdrawal form on the contact page or by emailing info@m.siandp.com. The request should include the email or phone number used in the original request.

After withdrawal, matching active consent log records are marked as revoked with the withdrawal date and user comment. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before the withdrawal and does not stop storage where it is required by law, contract or legitimate interests.
